Nathan A.
Private tutor in Berlin, Germany
Education
I am a Masters of Public Policy student at the Hertie School of Governance, with a current GPA of 3.5 (or A-). I graduated from King's College London in 2015 with a bachelor degree in International Politics. My area of focus was on energy politics. I graduated high school in the top 3 of my Senior Class and received a French baccalaureate with distinctions in 2012.
Experience
I have so far accumulated 2 years of experience tutoring French and English to both children and young professionals. Beyond my experience teaching languages, my specialisation in the fields of politics and economics has brought me a lot, especially in terms of my understanding of both past and current events. That is something I would particularly enjoy sharing with anyone interested. I am currently working alongside my studies as a research assistant at the Deutsches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung, and also volunteer as editor of the Governance Post, The Hertie School's magazine dealing with international politics. I have also interned in the past at the French Senate.

Hobbies
Having spent over 10 years playing football in various clubs in France and Britain, and having even coached a youth team in Paris, I can't understate my love for football, and am currently looking to joining an amateur club in or around Berlin. I am also an enthusiastic Chess player and I participated in several amateur tournaments. Finally, I am always open to new activities and challenges. Whether it comes to sports, learning new languages, or discovering new countries, I am eager to try something new.
