I am a Senior Lecturer in Applied Social Sciences at London Metropolitan University and have recently published a book with Palgrave Macmillan. I have a PhD in Sociology from the University of Sussex (UK).
Experience
Having taught in England, Switzerland and Germany I am experienced with diverse student groups. I am a committed tutor that always looks to find the best ways in which a student can learn. I fully appreciate that every person has his/her talents and the role of education is to help you find how to bring these into practice. I always discuss with the student and take the time to find how they can learn best. Similarly, I am a reflective tutor that is continuously engaged in developing my teaching methods. I have been credited with the Associate Fellow status from the Higher Education Academy (U.K.) and have acquired a diploma in teaching. I have consistently received excellent feedback from students and I practice the value of receiving feedback very respectfully.
