BA (Hons) in English and American Literature from Warwick University. First Class degree; achieved the highest mark of that year. I also undertook an Undergraduate Research Scholarship in Pedagogy and Performance during my degree. I have A-levels in English Literature, Music, History and German and ten GCSEs.
Experience
I have worked as a tutor since my university degree, during which I acted as a mentor and tutor to struggling first year students. Since then I have had further tutoring experience with Kaleido tutors in London, for whom I tutored in A-level English, along with providing proofreading services for various academic clients. In addition to my tutoring, my work as a creative writer and journalist makes me particularly suited to teaching this subject.
