I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration and currently finishing an M.A. in sociology. I spend my first year of my M.A. studies in the Middle East Technical University in Ankara and currently writing my Thesis at Humboldt University in Berlin. I finished my elementary studies and my high school in Palestine before I move to Turkey and then to Germany.
Experience
I gained much experience in teaching Arabic language as I was meeting regularly with two tandem partners. This experience indeed helped me identify those areas of weakness that Arabic curricula in German universities have and therefore enabled me bridging by focusing on one aspect on the time depending on the student preference. For example, for that tandem partner who wanted mainly to speak the language, I spent most of the time teaching them sentences and phrases they can use in daily bases. Similar applies for those who wanted to get better in writing or reading. Moreover, that I believe that any language can be only learned by repetition, I used to do my best to focus the learning process in one direction and set goals for each session. For example, I aimed in every session to help the learner memorize few key words by repeating them during the session and by using them in nearly every sentence. Additionally, for a better learning experience, I did my best to turn the learning session/meeting into an enjoyable experience by playing some fun learning games and singing songs... etc. Finally and based on all have been said, I guarantee you a very enjoyable, fun, and productive learning experience.
